Can I Cancel Or Change An Order?

At Izela, you're shopping directly from our wonderful brands. Because of this, once your order is complete, we can't always guarantee cancellations or changes. However, if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll absolutely do our best to help with your request. If it's already on its way, you can easily return any eligible items once they arrive.
