This means shipping times and methods may vary depending on the specific brand your item is coming from. We feature a range of brands, including small businesses that may have more limited resources.
How Shipping Works:
- Direct from the Brand: Your order will be shipped directly from the brand that created your chosen item(s).
- Individual Brand Policies: Each brand sets its own shipping methods, carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL), and associated costs.
- Combined Orders: If your order contains items from multiple brands, you will receive separate shipments and potentially separate tracking numbers.
- Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders. Please see the Returns Policy for the cost of returns.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- Average Delivery: For most items, you can expect delivery within 3 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that "business days" typically exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Brand-Specific Times: Some brands may have longer processing or shipping times due to the nature of their products (e.g., made-to-order, small business, or international shipping). We encourage you to check these details before making a purchase.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (if available) for each parcel.
- You can also typically find your order status and tracking details by logging into your account on Izela and viewing your order history.
Important Notes:
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed by the brand before shipment, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
- International Shipping: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Delivery Issues: While we strive for smooth deliveries, unforeseen delays can occur. If you experience a significant delay or an issue with your delivery, please contact us at hello@izela.com and we will assist you in coordinating with the respective brand.
- Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
