TRASHY GOODS is a design-forward, sustainability-driven brand turning trash into treasure, starting with the Smart Susan in Cork Montado. Inspired by the classic lazy susan, the Smart Susan is a hardworking centerpiece, organizer, and space-saving hero for modern homes.
This version is crafted from 100% upcycled natural cork, including recycled wine corks, sustainably harvested from forests in Portugal. The cork is soft to the touch, naturally water-resistant, and endlessly renewable. No trees are ever cut down. It's sourced from a women-run manufacturer committed to ethical forestry and circular design.
Each 12-inch Smart Susan is finished with a base made from FSC certified acacia wood, a fast-growing, carbon-sequestering hardwood known for its rich tones and durability. Together, these materials honor sustainability, functionality, and the beauty of second acts.
