Find your Bottoms Measurement:
1. Measure around your hips, just above the hip bone (tape parallel to the floor, abdomen relaxed)
2. Measure around the fullest part of your butt
3. Average the two: (hip + butt) ÷ 2 = your Bottoms Measurement

Two sizes listed? The smaller is a snug compression fit, the larger a more relaxed fit.
